Our oil is the result of the Abruzzo tradition of oil culture. The DOP certification guarantees that the olives have been grown, processed and bottled in the specific area of Aprutino-Pescarese. We strictly follow organic and sustainable cultivation methods that allow us to obtain a unique oil in full respect of nature. The Aprutino-Pescarese DOP olive oil is a high quality product, recognized at European level for its excellence. It comes from olives of the Dritta, Leccino and Toccolana varieties grown in the Abruzzo region, in the Pescara river area. Our production follows rigorous quality standards and the oil is obtained through a cold pressing process of hand-picked olives. The Aprutino-Pescarese DOP olive oil has an intense green color with golden reflections and a fruity aroma. The taste is characterized by a bitter and spicy note which makes it ideal to accompany meat and vegetable dishes.
